- Level 1 – Visual inspection of accessible areas and chimney connections.
- Level 2 – Includes Level 1 plus accessible attics, crawl spaces, basements, and a video scan of the flue. Required during home sales, after major changes, or suspected damage.
- Level 3 – Comprehensive inspection when hidden hazards are suspected, requiring limited removal of chimney components to access concealed areas.
